How To Use Pets

Pet Catching

You can obtain pets from capturing them in the wild, buying them from, other players or even completing some quests.

To capture a pet, you would need a pet net. You can buy pet nets from Verni — Trapper (385, 418) in Pokari City. Once you have your pet net, you can go search for a monster to tame as your pet.

	Select a monster and attack it. When target's Health reduces to a certain degree, the pouch icon on the right on the target's info pad will blink, then you can use the items to try to capture the target.

Caution: You cannot capture a monster as a pet when its level is higher then your character's.

Select a target you wish to trap by left clicking on it.
Attack the target, knocking its health down until the yellow bag next to its name starts to blink.
Open your inventory by pressing B and right click on your Pet Net.
The Pet Net will be used, if the monster's health is low and your level is high enough, you will have a chance to capture the monster as your pet.
Once the pet has been successfully captured, you will receive Pet Egg in your inventory. You can use a mirror to indentify it to see their stats.

Tip: if you are trying to capture a monster, you may want to stow away your pet. Since you need to lower the monster's health, your pet may end up killing the monsters before you can capture it.
